We are the data controller for personal data collected through squaresofleather.com and through Stripe Checkout. Contact us at harry@squaresofleather.com.

We collect the name, email, phone number and delivery address you give at checkout, plus order details, so we can cut, pack and post your order, send a dispatch note, and deal with questions or returns.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.

If you join the mailing list we store your email to tell you when new leather lands. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We keep order records as long as we need them for accounts, tax and to handle later questions about a cut. We do not sell your information.

We use cookies and similar tools only as needed to run the site, remember your basket, and keep checkout working.
